An Integrated Ordered Probit Model for Evaluating University Commuters’ Satisfaction with Public Transport

Transport policymakers need to have an in-depth understanding of public transport (PT) customers in order effectively manage systems and maintain the attractiveness these potential users. This research aims compare perceptions satisfaction levels two groups PT users (habitual occasional) among university staff students regarding quality through a new integrated approach. A sample 500 participants from Budapest, Hungary was used.
